By paying the $25 archival file shipping fee, you are agreeing to the following terms:
- I have received approval from my district/chapter board to request these files.
- I have reviewed the digitized files, and understand that all of the scanned documents in my folder will be shipped to the address that I supply.
- I understand that these archived documents potentially span decades. The quality of the paper materials contained is subject to wear and tear over the years and may require careful handling.
- I understand that the files will be shipped in the order that the payment is received.
- I agree that BHS is not responsible for any damage to the archival documents, including, but not limited to any damage occurring during shipping.
