Product Description
TTBB, for male/low voices | Arranged by Gene Cokeroft | Available in USA and Canada
This arrangement was performed by Upshot! quartet at the 2020 Senior Quartet Contest held in Jacksonville, FL. The quartet placed 6th in their very first contest together and featured Bruce Cokeroft on tenor, son of the late Gene Cokeroft (arranger), and barbershop legend Jack Slamka on bass. Upshot! was the last quartet Slamka sang with before his untimely passing in the fall of 2020 due to complications of COVID-19.
The Barbershop Harmony Society is pleased to publish this arrangement in honor of Jack Slamka, his lifelong dedication to the barbershop artform, and his indelible legacy.

It Could happen to you
Gene Cokecroft was a brilliant arranger, who arranged for the "common man". This arrangement is "manageable" by the average Society singer. Furthermore, I highly recommend this song for a quartet (or chorus) who wants to sing something that we don't hear very often; a "gem" lying there for the taking. I hope that you publish more of Gene's arrangements!
